Office staff very friendly and helpful. Professionalism and expertise seriously lacking by Physician's Assistant. P.A. was distant, lacked options for the pain I was experiencing. Told I must have x-ray, which I couldn't afford. I had current set of x-rays. Refused to prescribe a steroid unless I paid for x-ray. I felt pressure to spend more money if I was to be treated. P.A. threw hands, said he couldn't do anything and left the room. Entire interaction lasted 2 minutes. Services were not provided.
