Wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from here, reluctant to anwser the phone, when i had an accident had me drive due to that reluctance advocated for me using my gap instead of refunding the difference when my insurance covered the full cost which is insurance fraud, when i left a review on their site they told me to call in which they didn't pick up and left me a voicemail bombarding me with insults such as stating my credit was poor it was a 723 and trying to question my funds i had s car already, they also don't value yo... read more
They recommended a $6000 replacement of the hybrid battery on a 2008 Prius. The car drove fine and when I asked why they felt a replacement was necessary, they could only come up with a code and no detailed data. I checked out the battery with the Dr. ***** app, and no problem was detected. They should have been able to justify such an expensive repair, but they couldn't.

The customer was in for service as his 2008 ***** stopped and had flashing warning lights. He was a new customer to ** and when we checked we found below and resolved. However, one of the codes was P0A80 which recommends replacing battery and ECU. Several months back, i helped my dad purchase a vehicle from Foothills Toyota. He was trading in his 2013 Prius for a newer Lexus that Foothills had for sale.
