BEWARE!. Totally unacceptable practice and service. Met with PT for simple strenthening exercise routine. Never had a licensed PT attendant again, Foothills uses a bunch of interns to service multiple clients simotaniously. Same 45 minute exercise routine billed at varying rates of up to $390/hr. Don't have basic equipment, borrow pieces from gym next door. Building says Foothills, phone caller ID says Proactive PT, bills come from Metro Phys Therapy.
