I was a tenant for Foothills Property Management for three years, living in a Cottonwood property. We had a decent experience throughout our time living there, with kind and reliable handymen and (mostly) timely addressing of our maintenance requests. There were a few that were ignored, and we had to re-submit. Our deepest disappointment has come with moving out.
