Can't say enough good things about Foothills Property Management. I believe my Cottonwood Ranch property has only been unrented 2 months out of 24 YEARS. In the early years it was Tricia Razo and now its Jennifer Richardson. BOTH were/are Excellent in every way. I frankly don't know what I would have done without them in my corner over all these years. I was a tenant for Foothills Property Management for three years, living in a Cottonwood property. We had a decent experience throughout our time living there, with kind and reliable handymen and (mostly) timely addressing of our maintenance requests.
