I bought a retirement home in Rimrock in 2018, planning to rent it out until I retired. I read uneven reviews about Foothills and other companies so I found my first renter in my own. He stopped paying rent pretty quickly, then wouldn’t leave. He dug up the yard and painted interior walls without permission. I finally had to get a lawyer and the sheriff to get him out. My husband and I had gone out to Sedona last fall with my in-laws, but my mother-in-law ended up getting sick while we were there so we didn't really get to enjoy it much. Foothills property management is a total scammer. DON’T never rent from them. We rented an old bad condition motor home from them with an overpriced rent. First of all they will disturb your privacy with their unnecessary visits. Second, even though they were told to visit by appointment, they will make surprises and come to your home without any solid reason and force your door. We have outdoor and indoor cameras.
