Foothills Physical Therapy in Meridian (Ten Mile location) has been outstanding throughout my recovery. I’m currently 4 weeks post–knee surgery, and I started working with Beau Lockmer about a week and a half after my procedure. Avoid the hassle and check out Rock & Armor—great therapists and no billing headaches. Conner was awesome as my therapist, but the billing department? Total headache. No matter your co-pay, they’ll hit you with a $125 fee. My co-pay was $30, but they said I had to pay $125 until they figured out what my insurance would cover—and if there was any reimbursement, it’d go toward future appointments. Look no further for top tier physical therapy from a knowledgeable and caring team! Shoutout to Kiana A. for an awesome job helping me strengthen up my knee so I could get back on the mountain bike in no time! Her and the rest of the team were exceptional from first phone call to out the door!

I highly recommend Foothills Physical therapy. Connor is great and I always feel better after my treatment. Conner knows how to treat my bad shoulder and back. He's great and so is the staff.
