Clara was very sweet and took extra time telling us all about the community and showing us around the apartment and the property. The apartments were very charming and well-maintained. It was a very quiet location with a lot of trees that feels like you are in a park.
I can't say enough good things about the management and sentence team here. So helpful! Thank you Clara, Marco and Phil for rescuing my kitty cat from up high on a catwalk in my apartment. You are heros!!
This place is a horror show of bills when you move out. They raised my rent 8% literally didn’t give me notice to move out, pressured me to move, then realized they needed to give me 60 days notice to move or they couldn’t legally raise my rent. Utilities from the property are 80 bucks and Xcel on top of that is 100 at best. That wasn’t explained to me at all.
