Since moving in 8 years ago, rents gone up 400$+ and they've only gotten rid of amenities such as the work out room. Outdated apartments and thin walls you can hear all your neighbors through. Not to mention a barking dogs that routinely barks from 7-8 am. What a great place to live!
It's been almost 2 weeks of living with water leaks broken appliances and still nothing is being done. Pretty sad when a property manager allows a apartment to become damaged by water and refuses you proper maintenance it's bug infested I can put my finger through the wall there so damaged from water. It took 4 months the last time I needed maintenance. I have a bacteria skin infection sense all this stagnant water and leaks sense nov 2024 to present that will not go away. Part1 The apts are not bad, I love my little 1 bedroom its cozy warm and I have no complaints about the apartment it's the things that go wrong. I understand being a older property and older appliances these things are expected but It takes weeks months to get anything done I have lived with a toilet I couldnt use thank god they had a out house for some reason in the parking lot I had access to.
