I have been a patient @ Foothills for over 5 years. In that time Dr Metha had preformed many cutting edge procedures that I have benefited from greatly.I can with a open heart recommend Foothills and Dr Metha.
I'm not even sure where to begin. I've been visiting this facility in Covina for about two years. Last week, I experienced severe muscle spasms in my mid-back and called to see if they could fit me in. Unfortunately, they said no, and even after calling back over the next few days, I still couldn't get an appointment. Terrible experience. Got meds for a broken tooth was denied refill because of contract. No exceptions. Even though it was after hours... And the day before appointment. I brouht in XRays and related paperwork confirming everything But P.A. Austin Chang refused to make any exceptions. I have tremendous pain because of end stage Liver Cirrhosis and documented back issues which impacts my quality of life.
