Retro older motel that assigned us a room that had no parking space in front of it. I returned with a request to be reassigned to a room that did. I think things started to go south when he made a comment that " He really did not see the problem" TRUE customer service does not talk like that. Frustrations on both sides began to escalate as a woman in the office started adding her 2 cents. I asked that reservation be cancelled. The man stated he was refunding the amount to the credit cart. cheap n decent nice staff
I spent the night there last night and it was DISGUSTING... So I tried to get a room at a different motel and because I was a guest at the Bed Bug Inn, I was not allowed to rent a room... I'm seriously considering calling my bank and stop payment... EVERY AMENITY THEY CLAIMED TO PROVIDE WAS A LIE �����
Crap crap crap... my husband stayed at this sh*t hole of a place and came home with bed bug bites allllllll over him !!!! DISGUSTING is an understatement
We couldn't find a thermostat anywhere in the room. They had it far too hot and we had no way to change it and no phone in the room to call front desk. We slept with the patio door wide open all night
"LOW LIFE MOTEL"...What does one expect when a meth addict loser named Michael is the manager. He is very mean and an overall very angry ugly person. He is also very unreasonable and will rip you off without care. I speak for many others who have gone there and say he is a jerk (well they actually said much worse) The rooms are nasty...Pieces of crap food stuck on the wall. They control the air and heat, not you, so it is too hot or too cold all the time. No internet, no pool or hot tub as promised. Lights and light sockets ... read more

Motel is old, could be in better shape, but I like the vintage feel. Large, spread out. No thermostat in room, the air is blowing, cold. Carpet is worn and dirty. If I could have the a/c turned off I'd be a happy camper.
