Mr. Bowers, the new manager at Foothills Mobile home Park, has two employees (one whose name is Matt) that show up to "work" around 6:30 am smoke pot until 7:00 am and then they lazily pretend to work. That is one reason why the park looks like hell. The streets are in desperate need of repair and have been for years. We need to talk to the owner ASAP, not the manager. The manager doesn't run the office; there are no office hours, and it hard to get ahold of her. This place hasn't had real management for years now. We want to get ahold of the owner. There is no issue with the water now, it is very good. The new manager is taking care of owner/renter problems, i.e., evicting seedy undesirables. A lot of renters renting units from owners in the park do not seem to take care of the areas around their homes making the park look awful, and owners do not check them on it.. The review about the water sounds to me like it was written by the "trash" themselves So glad the old managers are gone. I visit my family regularly at the park and it just seems to have a much calmer less tense vibe since "the trash has been taken out" I just wonder why it took the owner so long to see how the old mangers were dragging the park into a ditch.
Cheap lot rent, but only move in if you're prepared to maintain your lawn 24/7. I've gotten notices to mow my lawn only 2 days after having cut the grass. I suppose they try to keep it nice, but in my opinion, and the opinion of several other tenants, they are way too up tight about the lawn. Very strict rules to living here. They also only leave notices, they won't actually talk to you about the problem. I've had the door open and been sitting in view and they've just stuck a notice to the door and moved on. Worse Place To Live. My family & I moved out to FHMP thinking it would be a nice serene enviorment to live. Which the enviorment itself is not so bad, its more the fact that the water is absolutely disqusting. It seems to be very unsafe, & typically has a very faul smell to it! The park has their own water treatment plant, which is probably the reason why the water seems so unsafe to drink!
Let me start by telling the last person the water that we treat is for watering the fields not drinking, we take in water samples monthly to be tested to ensure it is safe for human consumption. If your water is foul smelling than maybe you need to clean your dishes and your house. Our park is a clean family oriented park. We have gotten rid of the old managers that seemed to be a problem and replaced them with a great manager that is always available in case of emergency. This park has rules like your dog must be on a leash yet the manager doesn't always put their dog on a leash. The assistant mangers are the managers daughter and son in law. They let their dog bark out in the yard most of the day. I don't get why the managers think that the rules they want everyone else to follow do not apply to them? I didn't realize how bad it was when I first moved in but let me tell you after 3 months I could not wait for my lease to be up so I could get out of this dump.
