RecommendedFoothills is our favorite restaurant! We have been celebrating birthdays and anniversaries here for many years, and even though we don't live in Maryville, it is well worth the drive and such a treat! The small menu includes the most wonderful homemade bread and desserts, and every appetizer, salad, and entree is unique and delicious. The service is first class. You will need to make reservations well in advance, which is a great recommendation in itself. Don't miss eating at this fabulous restaurant, you will leave smiling!

RecommendedMy wife and I LOVE this restaurant. We live close by so it’s very convenient to us, but even if it wasn’t, we’d drive any distance to come and enjoy the amazing food. It never disappoints! Tonight we enjoyed dinner there to celebrate my wife’s birthday! The food and service were amazing as always!
