Tonight we had succulent fried oysters as an appetizer. The strawberry sorbet for pallet cleansing was delicious. Bread, sour dough and rosemary with herb butter and EVOO....ahhh! Then my husband enjoyed tender rack of venison with red current sauce and a side of truffle mac and cheese, while I had smoked tender fall apart pork and Cajun shrimp on a grit cake with Amish white cheddar and local collard greens!!!!
