My husband came in first thing this morning as a walk in, was told they weren't taking walk-ins this morning and he would get a call from a doctor for a phone appointment around 11:30am. No call at 11:30. He called back around 1:30 and was told the doctor was "running a little behind" but his appointment was still scheduled. My husband called back at 3:30 to see what was going on and was put on hold until 4, at which point the voicemail said the office was closed. The worst experiences every time I deal with them. First time I had an appt that I had to wait 1 hour past the appointment time to even see the Dr, and when I told her my symptoms and the severity she said I was fine and I was exaggerating. Refused to do a swab or even check my nose/throat,ears despite coming in for a sore throat, and told me to go to the pharmacy for a strep test even after saying I didn't have strep. I emailed this clinic that is it possible I come to have a visit from doctors on Saturday. They replied me yes come early at 8 morning. When I arrived there in admission, she said sorry we admission only four patients and today visit list is completed before you. This is so absurd , irresponsible and irrespecutful behaviour of this clinic. I said how come you didn’t mention me in Email that we have only four visit ,that I don’t come and wast my time.
