Pathetic Asian receptionist gives you stress for no damn reason. She started yelling the moment i went in. First i felt both receptionist were stereotyping me but later i figured its their work culture. Truly unprofessional. I didn't want to argue as asthmatic. I said would like to see a doctor. They replied, since am late by 10 minutes now i have to wait until Friday as they don't have any doctors available. Commonon….
Receptionist are rude in talking. No civic sense, ill mannered, Zero cooperation. They exploit by charging almost $200 vs $75 charged by other clinics for signing a two statement physical fitness form and the fees may go higher. Irony is, the form is for nursing education and requested by the college, no wonder the whole $200 doesn't get covered in insurance and goes to someone’s pocket directly….
Made an telephone appointment to get a change of antibiotics as the one currently prescribed did not work. An hour before the appointment I get an email canceling my appointment. Friday afternoon no time to get in anywhere else.
Avoid this clinic unless you have no other choice. After asking to transfer my records and being mailed a invoice that specified NO INTRAC, pay by cheque only with two possible "pay to" lines, I went in person to pay by cheque so it wouldn't be returned in the mail. While there to PAY I was told they dont accept checques and accept interac. I explained that it says on the invoice exactly the opposite and the receptionist argued with me. So anyway I paid and I am not impressed.
