Booked an appointment for 12:40 couldn’t see the doctor till 1:20 left the office
I am very happy with Dr. Azer and the care I receive. However, I am unhappy with the appointment time management. It often takes a lot of time before I can see the doctor. I believe the front desk could be more accurate when booking appointments and managing the schedule so that wait times are reduced.
As many other people have indicated here Doctor Heer was an absolute amazing doctor the best thing that ever happened to this clinic. Dr John azer is an absolute joke. He lied to my face and told me he would take me on as a patient and then left me blindsided a year later as somebody who is partially blind deaf and paralyzed and then subsequently hit by two cars he completely turned his back on me I wouldn't touch this place with a 10-ft pole the reception is absolute garbage and terrible at answering your phones do yourself... read more
