Took me 3 weeks to get appt. For service. Dropped my car off at 7:45am on Thursday, today is 4pm on Monday and No one has bothered to call and let me know what is happening with my car. I also called 4 hours ago and again no response back. This is unacceptable. I have never experienced such bad communication. Is this all due to the new owner? Japan needs to step in here. I want my car back!
Would you travel 400 miles for a great deal? I did, and what a wise decision it was! From the get-go, the vibes I felt from Knudtsen Foothills Mazda were nothing but positive. I just want to say Thank you so much to Tyler Robbins of Foothills Mazda!! We had an excellent experience getting our kids into Mazda cx5, this past week. After a stressful car accident, and visiting other dealerships and looking at used car inventory. We felt like our concerns were getting brushed off and being shown stuff that wasn’t fully inspected at other places, like we were told. Feeling frustrated, we knew we wanted another Mazda. Website doesn't work while scheduling a service appointment - there are 0 time slots available for the next several months. Cassie doesn't answer her phone or callback. The rest of staff will either keep forwarding or just ignore the call.
James in the service center was amazing! Very fast work and super kind, loved working with him. Also, Connie got my car scheduled to come in for service on the same day. AND they got me a free courtesy car. Love this place and the whole service team. Thank you!
