I would only work with Justin in the sales department. He treats you like family and is not your typical salesman. Justin is gone and so is all the hope for this place. New owner doesn't care about anything other than money. New owner got rid of all the knowledgeable staff. Replaced them with people do not know what they are doing. Service sucks now.
Just don’t. To make a long story short- I just wouldn’t go/recommend- our experience was terrible. Sales was mediocre- sales guy was nice, the typical sales experience with the manager was normal. The car we wanted was posted online, but a recent trade in, so it hadn’t been cleaned or looked at by the shop- which is totally normal. But we negotiated the vehicle, they said they would call us back- and didn’t. One of the nicest car experiences ever. I highly recommend. Very helpful. Not high pressure. Large used car selection. Went the extra mile on customer service.
Justin Hattenburg was just great. From greeting through final handshake he was incredibly respectful and worked for us. No hard sell, no smarminess. Joey Morelli made all the stuff that comes after you sit down in the office easy and straightforward. I came into this ready to be annoyed and I really, really wasn't.
I bought CX5 new from them in 2020 and loved my car. There have never been issues. I brought it in for regular mileage servicing and COULD NOT DRIVE it off the lot after they finished. (Never experienced something like this before!) They said that I ruined the engine before I brought it in, but the car was driving fine and they never alerted me that anything was wrong when I dropped it off and they did their tests or after the maintenance, but the car was shutting down and not able to be driven away from their lot.
