Car shopping at Auto Nation Honda Spokane was a pleasant experience. This is rare. In the past trying to find the right car at the right price has been a nightmare. I would only work with Justin in the sales department. He treats you like family and is not your typical salesman. Justin is gone and so is all the hope for this place. New owner doesn't care about anything other than money. New owner got rid of all the knowledgeable staff. Replaced them with people do not know what they are doing. Service sucks now.
Just don’t. To make a long story short- I just wouldn’t go/recommend- our experience was terrible. Sales was mediocre- sales guy was nice, the typical sales experience with the manager was normal. The car we wanted was posted online, but a recent trade in, so it hadn’t been cleaned or looked at by the shop- which is totally normal. One of the nicest car experiences ever. I highly recommend. Very helpful. Not high pressure. Large used car selection. Went the extra mile on customer service.
