0 stars. Laptop needed a small repair but after he messed with it for 4 hours, it died. He kept it for 3 months without repairing it. He returned it to me in pieces, and then only when I insisted he give it back to me. When I did insist, he threatened me, cursed me out, and told me to never set foot on his property again. I was afraid for my safety. Be forewarned!
