Being signed in by the receptionist was quick, But the time it took to get back to a exam room Seemed excessive , Perhaps lack of staff
If you have to go to the hospital, this is a good one.
We visited the Boulder Community ER on 11/14/25 after my wife Patti fell and suffered what was later diagnosed as a fractured right kneecap. The ER staff, as well as the check-in personnel, was efficient, attentive, and personable. This was our first experience -- and hopefully last! -- with this ER. It could not have been better, from checking in, to treatment, to discharge. A five star rating isn't nearly high enough. Thank you 😊
