Our family moved to Dahlonega 3 years ago . We absolutely love Foothills family medicine! The staff is extremely friendly, kind and very efficient. Dr Kurtz , Dr Suzy, nurse Tracey and everyone there is amazing , they have all gone above and beyond to help our family. The wait is usually short , the office is very clean and their app for refills and questions is a dream . I highly recommend this practice ☺️
I've been going to Foothill Family Medicine for a few years now, and in my opinion, Suzy Childers is the best doctor in the whole world. She's very professional, but she also always has a smile on her face every time I'm there. The staff are very nice, courteous, and thorough when it comes to making appointments, call-backs, and answering questions. I definitely recommend Foothills Family Medicine!
I had a really great first visit here! The staff truly cared and listened :)
Went through the trouble to fill out a new patient packet. I told the staff that I am a diabetic and needed an appointment. Twice I called after I was told that someone would see me. I waited for a little over two weeks now and have not heard a word from anyone. If they would have told me that they couldn't see me I would have went to another practice so I wouldn't run out of meds. Now I have only days left of my diabetic meds and have to start over looking for a practice. No one seemed to care that much that I'm in a tight ... read more
