Very disappointed... I picked out my couch on may 9th (sales person was great!!!) and was told it would take 6 weeks for a custom couch. I have been calling multiple times the last 3 weeks for updates and keep being told "hopefully it's on the truck this week". Im sorry but what? You should have tracking or be in contact with the company, I shouldn't be hoping and praying its on the next truck. It's now 9 weeks tomorrow and still no couch. I called Saturday and was told someone would call me Monday...No call. I called again ... read more
Really good furniture store. It was the 6th we'd been to in the local area and I wish it had been the 1st. All the other ones just have your typical cheap crap. These guys have interesting live-edge designs, options for custom builds, and quality manufactured pieces. The gentleman who helped us (spacing in his name as it was a few days ago) went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for.
Austin and Jeff were incredibly helpful in helping us figure out storage solutions. I love that they are family owned and they are very reasonably priced
