I drive an hour and 10 minutes for my appt this morning. I was 6 minutes late due to road work in two places that stopped traffic. I was told that “new patients can’t be late,” and I would have to reschedule. Not very welcoming to “new patients.” Responding to you: Imagine how much nicer it would have been if your receptionist had at least tried to find a way for me to not have to drive all the way back home for nothing.
