Staff was very friendly and professional. More importantly, my appointment was on time and my problems were addressed!
Dr. Kim and Dr. Anna are very kind and knowledgeable doctors. They explain every part of the procedures thoroughly in a way that makes you feel comfortable. The staff are also very nice! The office is also clean and easy to access.
I’m very disappointed with my experience with the communication and scheduling at this office. I initially had a follow-up appointment scheduled and was given an appointment card. Later, when I needed to discuss medication options after an insurance issue, another appointment was arranged. When I eventually tried to confirm my original appointment, I was told it was never scheduled, then given conflicting explanations about how it had supposedly been changed.
