This man came to my house today after speaking with my fiancé about getting an estimate on fixing a weather pole on my moms house that had broke due to the hurricane. Well instead of calling my fiancé back with a price he decides to do all the work anyway and then charge my mom over 600 dollars even though she did not agree to him doing the work on the house.
