I loved the apartment itself was very up to date and looked nice. The landlord or property owner was very unprofessional and was hard to reach when anything needed fixed it took weeks to get ahold of her or maintenance. As well as the laundry was hardly ever working and took forever to get fixed.

Foothills East Apartments has broken multiple laws and rights tenants in South Dakota are entitled to. For example, disposing of the tenants property after only 3 days this property was put in a dumpster outside and other tenants have since claimed the item(s). Also providing other rental properties with false information, such as reports made to the police. She listed the wrong police department and made up a conclusion.
