I have been a patient of Dr. Harmon’s for many years and for the most part, it has always been a pleasant experience. Not so this past, recent visit. I have gotten accustomed to seeing various, different dentists these last couple of years, as I know Dr. Harmon has wanted to retire and therefore has had some ‘guest dentists.’ I was not, however, prepared for the horrible experience I had with Dr. Judson Connell and the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth. called as a new patient - had to ask for consultation fee amount, discovered it is $270 if you don't have insurance which the receptionist assumed. she was rude, unprofessional and short!
Exceptional experience. Hygienist was knowledgable, helpful, gentle but thorough and personable.
Very satisfied with the Dr and staff.
