My fiancé and I just moved out after two years. It was the only thing we could find at the time. The first 6 mos. wasn’t too bad until the property was sold to new ownership. They raised the rent $200 a month and the property management was completely rude and arrogant. The bottom parking lot looks like a landfill. There is trash and cigarette butts scattered all over the property and parking lot. The owner allows immigrants to park giant box trucks in the grass and it has destroyed the lawn. This is a lovely place with friendly neighbors, like family. When I needed a place after my rent jacked up to $2200 Ann and Marilyn were very happy to help me. They redone an apartment for me and it looks fabulous. Never have I seen a bug. Marilyn has the pest control out monthly. Though she stresses the fact if you see a bug let her know. She’ll call them right back out here. Definitely upgraded from what it was years ago. My mother has lived here for three years and never had any bad issues with it. This place is infested with roaches. The bottom level apartments flood every time it rains. There people living here that have black mold on their back bedroom walls so thick it looks like black moss growing inside the house. Two ladies that live there have had to go to the hospital for respitory issues having to do with mold in their homes. People are treated unfairly and criminalized even friends and family coming to visit or dropping someone off. They dont have the money to maintain the up keep and have the greatest bunch... read more
