The receptionist named Alexandra lied to me saying that she would take my mother’s number off of my daughter’s chart, but she wouldn’t do it. She then told my children’s doctor that she doesn’t believe that I have custody of my children. And Tamara had a problem when I asked for pediasure for my children, (when their doctor told me that I could.) She rolled her eyes and said that I had to go back there and ask the nurse. We feel so fortunate to have Dr. B as the pediatrician for both of our children and have for years. Our children think he is great, too. He's thoughtful, caring, and supremely trustworthy.
Dr. Baumgartner has been a great doctor for our son. He is kind, skillful, wise and has a wealth of experience with kiddos. It's obvious when he first greets your little one. We have been in good hands with Dr. B as our pediatrician.
