Shady Place – I've lived here for over five months and it's horrible. The property manager is rude. I put in a maintenance request and it took over a week to get completed. When I called the front office and inquired about it, the property manager was trying to talk over me instead of listening to why I was irritated that the order had not been completed. Please do not rent from this company – This is a very dishonest company. We rented temporarily as we were looking to purchase a house. We had moved from another state. Unfortunately, after we signed the lease we found out from many people that the owner and company have a very poor reputation among realtors and prior tenants. We experienced it 1st hand.
