The technician that was sent to my business this was his second time being sent here. First time he spent four hours trying to fix this machine. Didn’t resolve it. He came late after hours tonight broke the machine completely had a replacement and chose to say he doesn’t have approval and left a huge mess and a broken machine. Unacceptable company, can’t get a hold of anyone, and their voicemail is full.
