I have been here 2 years paying $585 per month. Most residents are not too rich, very kind. This park is not too close to big streets then so quiet. People try to keep area clean always. Above all, grocery stores and others are so close. I enjoy living here.

Our Park is quiet, and well kept. The pool needs to be heated for seniors at 86 not 82 for people with arthritis or other needs when it is only heated 4 months out of the yr., I sure a couple more degrees would not hurt. Not many Park activities in the Park, only a Thanksgiving Dinner for residents. Nothing at Christmas, New Years, or the 4th of July.
A wonderful park to live in. Friendly, Clean and Safe. I would recommend to anyone.
