This location is on the same side up the street, from the Regal Cinema on Foothill. It's medium sized (144 units). The units appear older. There was one unit with ample storage and unusual character (the one bedroom den). The kitchen and bathroom amenities are heavily coated white wood (older no handles) and the counters are formica. The appliances were not updated. There was a sprinkler system (fire). There is gas and air conditioning. The floors in most units were the thin grey wood patterned vinyl. The management and maintenance are 🤩 amazingly the best. Nimsi is a wonderful addition to this outstanding team. they repair very fast. they kick out the homeless immediately to help with us feeling safe. the team makes us feel at home Good morning , I like to read the comments about our apartments. I saw that someone said they have bedbug and other types of bug. I live here for 5 years and never had this issues, I believe that someone brought them in here with their items. I have lived here for almost 4 years. It was ok. But the new management made it so much better! They really do care and try their best. Apartments are a bit old, but huge windows make it still look nice. People there are also mostly nice and friendly. And if any noisy neighbor appears, management do their best to protect the order. It is also a great area with walking access to groceries and shops. And it's pet friendly!
