My family and I have been living here for more than 7 years, and the management has been doing an excellent job over the past year. Special thanks to Robert for his leadership. The maintenance team, especially Julian and Ray, are exceptional. They are always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues. They keep the common areas spotless and well-manicured, ensuring that the landscaping is lush and vibrant year-round. It’s truly a wonderful place to call home, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the maintenance staff.
How much is the rent
I had a few issues that needed to be fixed. I called the office and they immediately sent Julian. He came and did an excellent job and completed everything and in a very timely manner. I’m extremely happy with how things went from start to finish. Thank you
