We had a horrible experience at this store. Very rude customer service /Special orders sales rep. I was truly surprised with her attitude and hope that she's not a part of the management team.
Great store. We always find what we need! Very helpful staff, clean store and plenty of parking! They went out of their way to help us get a refund when we didn't have the receipt. Highly recommend!!
This place is dear to my heart as they treat you like family here. I come here a lot as it is my local hardware store and the staff here are so helpful and welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable about what is in their store. The staff helped me replace the batteries to my key fob, even when it wasn't working, they put them in and redid it until I could get in my car.
