Professional and friendly management. Zoe and Brooklynn were awesome to work with during the lease initiation and move in process. Very friendly. Quick to respond. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. Moved in and the apartment was all fixed up, clean, and ready to go. So far I love the place! With the friendly professionalism so far, I feel I will have a great experience moving forward.
If you are a U of U employee or student try your best to not live here. Laundry machines were constantly down, I had items stolen off of my deck area and they have no security in the main walkway areas to your front door.

Gabby, was extremely helpful when I had a security issue arise. She worked kindly and quickly to resolve the issue. This is a human centered property management team. I highly recommend Gabby.
