The worst optometrist experience I’ve ever had — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I went in with my nephew hoping for a simple, respectful eye exam, and instead got treated like we were an inconvenience. The optometrist was short, cold, and had zero patience. Great experience for my first eye exam. I really liked how the doctor showed me the photos of my eye and explained each part of it. They also helped explain each thing they were checking for using a model of an eye which helped me better understand the process. After the exam they were able to order my new glasses. I'd recommend this doctor for anyone looking for an eye exam in the Milpitas area.
I have been visiting and seeing for a couple of years now
Several years ago, my daughter got a pair of eyeglasses after exam here: Of course, through an insurance policy. Brighter world came to her. In '15, she & I again went there to get another or contact lenses. Then they found out our insurance had not covered vision part. We gave up. What I appreciate is they didn't additionally bill what we did years ago, mistakenly given that we were covered.
