I had a terrible experience with this clinic. They tried to charge me an exorbitant amount for a service they didn’t even provide. It seems like they intentionally mess up patients’ sleep study requests so they can charge twice—once for the at-home study, then again by claiming it was inconclusive and requiring an on-site study. The whole place gave me a bad vibe, and on top of that, I was still forced to pay for a two-minute Q&A with the specialist. Seriously, avoid this place.
I've been a patient here for 15+ years. My doctor retired and so I continued with the new doctor who took over her patients. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed in how the practice is now. When I call, people are very short and rude. They act as though I've completely interrupted their day and am such a burden for calling. When I try and get prescriptions filled, sometimes they don't fill them or respond to the pharmacy. I'll have to call several times to get someone to respond. Dr azizada gets five stars but the front desk staff needs training in customer service. They didn’t request the records for our f/u appt. Crystal at the Front desk had attitude that we were late even though she wasn’t at her desk when we signed in -said she wasn’t sure if we could be seen since we were “late”- she was the one that made us more than 10 min late checking us in
The worst place,called to order suplys for my apnea their answering system put me to voice mai left a message no one called me back, called to speak to an operator had to wait like ten minutes because they put me on hold when finally someone answer, I told her I needed suplys but I needed a prescription in order to get my supplies,she put me on hold again for about another ten minutes then she answers again like if I was a new person on the phone and told me that the dr was busy with another customer it took ten more minutes... read more
