Office staff is horrible. My mother tries calling multiple times but no one answers the phone. She also has a difficult time getting parts for her CPAP machine as the office staff is disorganized and unreliable.
They don't return calls. My CPAP was not communicating to their office and they obviously didn't care. It was one of the newer machines at the time. Also never communicated the my doctor had left the practice.
I have issues with with my bi-pap machine and trying to Dr. Joe Ponnezham. I left 2 different messages in 2 weeks. Nobody called me back. This is incredibly frustrating.
I did a sleep study test test in 01/2023. I left 5 messages and nobody ever called me back. Nobody ever send results to my dr. I spoke with office manager who promised to call me but up to now January 2024 no calls back. This is unheard of. I’m reporting them to my insurance
