This office moves so slow. These doctors do not take into consideration of the patient's schedule. They move on their time. Been waiting OVER AN HOUR to see a pulmonary doctor. I dont recommend this office.
Great doctors, but GOOD LUCK getting a callback from this office. Tried for two full days this week to ask about discontinuing a drug b/c I was having side effects. No one from the office ever returned my call.
I cannot remember when I was treated more rudely by the front office staff at this facility. After waiting 45 minutes i was informed rather abruptly that there were 2 more patients ahead of me (poor souls). After thanking them for NOT informing me ahead of time for the cause for the delay i rescheduled. After reading a number of reviews i realize that this facility does not care how their patients are treated and that i am talking to a wall.
Doctors and Staff were nice and friendly. Visit was quick and nice. Staff that was coordinating with me for the sleep device (named Jacob Williamson) was extremely rude and unpleasant. If there are any delays, they will try to bully you with late fees. I would not recommend
Ellen Fung is an exceptional nurse practitioner at Foothill Pulmonary in Pasadena. My experience with her was outstanding; she conducted a thorough assessment that addressed all my concerns, particularly regarding sleep apnea.
