Seriously--the other reviews are right. The only reasons to even consider these apartments are 1) location--it IS a great location and 2) if you have pets--this is one of the few places that allow pets. HOWEVER, the cons are SERIOUSLY bad. The common areas in the apartments look and smell like a VERY CHEAP motel. In one of the buildings, someone spilled greasy chinese food all over the stairs from the first and second floor and it has stayed that way for over a year! The management is HORRIBLE! Lived Here A Week. Ready To Move Out – If it was possible to give a place no stars I would. I've lived here a week and already been treated like dirt by the tacky, unprofessional staff, the pool is overrun by people who don't even live here, and some people don't even bother to put their trash in the dumpster. Stay away from this place at costs! I thought I was moving to a nice, safe place. So disappointed.
Early Termination of Lease – My daughters lived in their apartments for three months, due to medical conditions at home, they had to return to live with us. We received a bill showing that we owed $2,290 for their contract. we saw someone move in the apartment less than two weeks later. What a money maker!
Crime, dog excrement, uncaring management....but a great pool! – Well the last year at Foothill has been unsatisfactory to say the least. Car break-ins have been rampant and the management there just does not care at all...they told me it was my problem. But they did bring in an ex-con to give people suggestions of how not to be a target....that's not going to stop thieves is it?
