Front Office is incompetent and not helpful at all, specifically the front office personal named XIOMARA, she was extremely rude seemed as if she didn't want to take the time out of her day to help. My family has had patients with Dr.Celoni for decades now and they have all received the same type of service from Xiomara, she's lazy and doesn't want to do her job. I've had my child at this office since birth. Both Drs. Celoni and Madanat have been fantastic. They take their time, listen to parents' concerns, and answer questions patiently. Xiomara and Pauline are also great at coordinating referrals and appointments! I feel so lucky to have this office for my child. As a first time parent, I know I can trust my kid is getting the best care.

First impression is everything, the 2 receptionist on 03/06/23 were very unprofessional claiming first that they were unable to see my infant because the immunizations were done digitally. When I called to transfer to this doctor, there was no mention of having to bring anything other than my ID and Insurance Card. They called me to reschedule an appointment we had on Saturday for today 03/06/23 only to be told we need to wait exactly 1 month for his next immunization. Super professional staff, very kind, hepful and welcoming Dr Micheal Madanat is super gentle with babies and he gives such positive and happy vibes to us as parents! I highly recommend the clinic
