Ever since Shield Storage took over it’s been nothing but a hassle. We have no access to our storage unit. The app is a great idea but it doesn’t work. The app currently says I’m not renting a unit we’ve had for 15 years. I’ve called on 3 separate occasions and it goes straight to voicemail (which is currently full) and have never received a call back.
100% great storage room I will recommend anybody to get this place for storage I give them 100% rating if I could my experience was real great using them.
