Long time renter here. This has always been a great place to store. Small enough for excellent personalized service, but run with the professionalism of a large operation. Highly recommended!
We have had a storage unit with this facility for over 3 years. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Our unit was clean upon arrival and has stayed clean (no signs of critters). The unit is easy to access and the owners are kind, helpful and prompt with responses.
Having lived in Placerville area most of my life it is always a joy to meet people who treat you like a friend from high school. Mike and Stephanie are two of the nicest and sincere people I've met in a long time. They are accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend Foothill Mini Storage
