I had a fantastic experience selling my land with Foothill! DJ was always available to answer my questions, and he literally did everything while I was many states away. I highly recommend them for your real estate needs.
I would not recommend this company to any one, in fact I would try to talk them out of using this company and recommend that they take their business else where. Me and my wife tried to buy a home in North Carolina and they did everything that they could to make sure that we could not buy the home. So buyer beware with this company.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are trying to buy land!!! I called the office when I was in town to see if someone could show us land. No one was available that day and the office manager said someone would contact us, three weeks later. . . Nothing. Then I reached out to Robbie about I piece of land I found and was interested in and he gave one brief response and I never heard from him again. Never got a call back. Not sure how long it should take but I think a week is adequate.
Great group of people! Robbie is very easy to work with and very helpful. We work with them on land sales occasionally, digging pits for soil evaluations for the county environmental inspectors.
