I got an X ray from the dentist Timothy Dang and his assistant.
My kids & I have been going here for years! 🥰 The dentists and staff have always been exemplary! Only once or twice in the ten years that I've chosen to go here, have I ever had an issue with a person on the staff. I always made sure to let my dentist know what was said, so they could correct the attitude of their staff. That was long ago & it did NOT deter us from ACTUALLY WANTING to go to the dentist! 🤗 We have never felt awkward or uncomfortable having chosen this dental location. Jenny, she is one of the front desk people who also picks up the phone. Very horrible experience talking to this person. Has a very bad attitude and is not looking to help but to brush off the people who she is serving at this clinic. In my opinion this should not be someone representing and helping people. I hope some sort of reprimanding and or investigation is done on this type of person working for a Community dental clinic.

The assistance very impolite and the doctor ignored the questions, this is for Dr. Trinh, you need to go back to school to learn Customer service. Never want to returned to this place
