Went there to buy a second vehicle and although they were professional, they severely lowballed me on my trade. So much so that I didn’t get approved for the truck I wanted…so to me their advertisement saying everyone gets approved is misleading and wrong. My car I was wanting to trade is valued on other car lots at around 32-40k and I was only offered 20k for mine! They lowballed me about 2k under what I currently still owe. Very very disappointed.
