Diana and Jamie are very conscious managers and very caring and prompt in responding to any request or needs that we might have! They give service, not just with a smile, but with respect and dignity! We’re truly grateful for this conscientious hardworking team!
I've been living here 4 years it's great location! The apartment is nice better than any low income I've seen, Amenities include pool, hot tub😀gated great deal for the price. Otherwise mostly everyone is friendly. Great shopping and Bus stop to light rail right in front. Management staff Diana and Jaime do a good job! Thanks.

I have been living here since the complex open, in the beginning the place was beautiful and well managed, had a lot of amenities. Potlucks and garden area. The place has a lot of foreigners, not many talk English, but we pretty much all get along. I found there is a lot of gossip here. The last Nine years property and upkeep went down hill, with the current manager and her staff, with the exception of assistant manager, I find the rest of them are rude and don't want to be bothered in asking them questions. I have lived here for a little over one year. I am extremely happy with my apartment and I love the staff Diana Rosas is an excellent manager. Anytime I’ve had the slightest problem she has been there for me and solved my issue. I highly recommend living here, the apartment is very comfortable and the grounds are very nice.
