Incredibly grateful for the staff and doctors that are here at this location. Dr. Santos and Dr. Maldonado have been wonderful with their care. Also the staff at the Glendora location go above and beyond. They are so incredibly my helpful and assist with referrals, they help find options that work with insurance and provide excellent support. I always have a good experience with Dana Folsom. I can tell she really cares about her patients. She is thorough and really tries to get the big picture of all your symptoms and makes sure you have all your questions answered. I never feel rushed with her and feel like I'm in good hands.
I love my health provider here, but dealing with the front desk is annoying. They always have a condescending attitude over the phone. Also, why are you already closed for lunch at 11:50? I was told lunch is from 12-1.
I was a patient of Dr. Thomsen for the past 20 years. I have no problems with her; however, since she moved to Emanate I have had a few issues. The first one was during my first visit. I arrived at 9:20 AM PST for a 9:30 AM PST appointment and they handed me 30 minutes of paperwork to complete. I declined and rescheduled for a week or two later. following my physical and tetanus shot which is a 100% covered by my insurance. I received a bill for $5.34.
