I called ahead to see if the symptoms I was experiencing should be evaluated by a doctor, given all of my recent diagnoses, or if I needed to go to urgent care. Dr Coleman was the only one available to see me. He was kind and honest, but he entirely redirected the initial point of my appointment and made me feel so invalidated. Been seeing Dr. Coleman for about 2 1/2 years and he is great!
My medical provider scheduled a follow-up appointment for me, and my discharge papers stated the appointment was at 4:15. I also received a confirmation email and text the day before, confirming the same time, which I acknowledged. I arrived at 4:10 for my appointment and waited about 5 minutes to check in due to the number of people ahead of me. However, I was informed that I had missed my appointment, which had apparently been changed to 4:00 without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I notified of this change. In ad... read more
Dr Coleman and nurse are excellent when I can get in to see them. Unfortunately, their availability and the office are less than adequate for my needs. I have been treated at instacare facilities for things I should be able to go to my family doctor for going on over a year. The only thing I have been able to use Dr Coleman for is my annual physical which I can schedule a month in advance. For anything else, they are either out of the office or booked weeks out.
