My primary care doctor works at this location. She herself is absolutely amazing every time I’ve seen her. She’s been pretty great. However, the staff somewhere between the front desk and anyone else that I need to talk to you to get in touch with my doctor or her staff directly via her nurses or whatever, are so incompetent and rude. My doctor delivered my baby and is great but more often than not I wait an hour without anyone telling me how late she is running
I usually go to the location on Foothill Dr in Salt Lake City and was sent to this one since my usual Primary Care Physician was away. I was seen by Dr. Nelson and I did not feel heard about my son at all. I have an almost 2 week old and had scheduled a circumcision for him since it’s what I’m comfortable with and feel strongly with doing.
