If I could give Teddy Witbeck zero stars, I would. I have never experienced such blatant incompetence, arrogance, and unprofessionalism from a doctor in my life. I went to Foothill Family Clinic’s Cottonwood Heights location instead of Draper (where I usually go) because I was at school all day and didn’t have time to make the extra trip. All I needed was for Teddy to sign a routine study abroad health form, something that should have taken five minutes. The front office check-in is very efficient and friendly people. Dr. Woods MA Jasmine, is energetic, efficient and has beautiful smile.. Dr. Wood is at the top of my list of physicians. His knowledge and expertise And kindness is above and beyond. I have great trust and faith under his care.
I’ve been going to Foothill Family clinic for over 30 years. I used Dr. Longe and loved him. I have started to use Dr. Jones and so far he’s a 5 star. He listens and cares. He wanted to change some meds but when I said I’ve literally tried everything he was willing to keep them the same. I love that he will discuss everything needed.
This has been the worst experience! We have waited well over an hour for my daughter’s knee to be looked at. Dr Conner was rude when he came in, barely looked at her and left to go get what he needed to drain her knee. Waited another 15 minutes before he finally came back in. The cleanliness was not there and I had to ask for him to change his gloves. Never washed his hands which should always happen before draining a knee. The ER would have been faster and that’s saying a lot!
I met with Bryan Nelson to establish primary care and transfer my medication prescriptions after a move to the SLC area. I was treated like I was illegally seeking drugs, despite having a several-year record of taking the prescription and documentation of official diagnoses. I had to visit the office multiple times, and was turned away until I got very specific information from my previous psychiatrist (who's office said they have never had a doctor request that level of documentation).
