They never answer phone. Staff is not friendly. Eye Dr only there once a week so hard to get appointments.

how is it that phoning and reaching the operator CONSISTENTLY gets u to voicemail? ..any call any dept, voicemail! my elderly mom was the LONE patient mid-morning, arrived 15 minutes early to wait 1 more hour. the medical assistant only came for her AFTER we inquired w the floor receptionist TWICE. Med Assistant didn't offer any apology but we were told staff were relegated to other tasks, not necessarily their prescribed jobs. on another visit, test was initiated and the medical assistant left the room, not monitoring the t... read more

Worst service ever. When making first time appt that took place in Oct., wasn't told that the dr is only at site once a week. Same dr is another site all week. Worst receptionist. Grouchy & rude. Young medical assistant took me back, asked many questions, did several eye exams & recommended eye drops. At first I thought she was the doctor. Surprised when receptionist told me that if not too busy doctor would call me in a week to give me results of exams. This is now Dec. & have heard nothing. We drove 45 minutes for my dad's appt today only to find out that they cancelled appt, the lady told me that they tried to call me but she provided me phone numbers that i dont recall, one of which tho has been disconnected 7 years ago, this is just a follow-up as a new patient 6 mos ago, i fill up form and provided on that new patient form of current phone number. So I dont know where the hell she got those numbers.
