Lied about pre spraying the vehicle if you purchased a "pit stop" as stated by Mariah, an alleged manager. I recommend they change their practices and she said, "change what?" It's good but they should spray all sides of car and the washing pads dont get the back of car that's why they nee spray but overall good
Bad customer service and machines scratch the cars. Also they will damage your car on purpose on the conveyer belt, play games with people and then cover each other’s sins. The owner needs to seriously be careful who he hires as it can damage his business.
