They don't care about the patients. I have been getting an infection for a couple of months and finally it started to go away, but I was told by the doctor that if it flared again to come back to get a tissue sample. It just started to come back, so I called to make an appointment and the only appointment available that they could give me was in 4 weeks. I told them that by that time it might go away and that the infection was on my face, but they didn't care. So disappointed for having wasted my time here.

Burned my face and then didn’t have time for me. Told me to go to Emergency..
Scarred for life. Scarred and told it was protocol to allow a physician assistant to suture my face while I was drugged. I went to a board certified plastic surgeon but was sutured and scarred by a physicians assistant. My insurance paid and I was still an additional co pay after scarring me for life. My credit is still negatively impacted. Do the right thing and remove the negative credit reporting.
They were very helpful and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Need to go back for my biopsy results and my stiches removed but all in all my experience was quite nice
I have been a patient since they opened. Couldn't be more pleased with the doctor and office staff. Very professional!
Me gustó al principio me sentí incomoda xq crei que no hablablan español pero el personal me atendió de maravilla y me hablaron en español y pues la doctora que me atendió hablaba poquito español y pues me senti mas agusto
