We are very disappointed with the service we received during our first visit to Foothill Dermatology on July 21, 2026. We scheduled an appointment for the removal of milia from my wife’s face, particularly around her eyelids and nose. We paid the $130 consultation fee and were then informed that the procedure would cost an additional $100 for the removal of up to 10 milia. They don't care about the patients. I have been getting an infection for a couple of months and finally it started to go away, but I was told by the doctor that if it flared again to come back to get a tissue sample. It just started to come back, so I called to make an appointment and the only appointment available that they could give me was in 4 weeks. I told them that by that time it might go away and that the infection was on my face, but they didn't care. So disappointed for having wasted my time here.
