I have been coming here for over five years and they just keep getting worse and worse! I was given a referral sheet to a dentist 30 MINUTE OUT OF TOWN whose address was not updated! So I went to the building to find it empty. I call the office and I get the correct address, but now I have to wait over an hour to be seen! Once I am seen they tell me THEY DON'T ACCEPT MEDICAL! I WENT FOR NOTHING! NOTHING!
Do not trust what they say and call your medi-cal insurance first! They will lie to you and say you have to pay out of pocket for certain procedures which ARE COVERED. The older Indian woman who is there a lot is also very rough and literally left blood on my face from a SIMPLE CLEANING!!!!
Don't to this place because they don't respect to people. Two time I came here for my teeth unfortunately first time I was seating on chair and waited for Dr. And today my appointment was at four and 3:45 p.m I checked in and again 20 minutes I was waiting for Dr. Vu Tran. The nurse talked to Dr. He said I'm coming talk to me but he was working next room on another patient.
