Not honest. Avoid dealing with them. I used my obdii scanner to determine why the engine light is on and the problem was misfiring in S #3 (P303). My Van is a Nissan Quest and in order to reach the back cylinders you have to take off the intake which is not an easy job, that is why I went to them, I bought the parts and asked the owner to change the spark plugs and switch the front coils with the back one in case the problem is from the coil #3, since the front cylinders are easy to reach.
