David was a pleasure to work with. He did a fantastic job on my new construction inspection. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Even after completing my inspection, he joined me at both of my walkthroughs to help me understand and go over everything and even told the construction manager what needed to be done to be up to code.
Dave was awesome to work with! He has some difficulties getting to the home we needed inspected and was delayed, however, he communicated with us every step of the way and tried very hard to meet our needs. He also spent so much time with us thoroughly inspecting every inch of our prospective home when it would have been very easy to not deal with some things. The report we received in a half a day was very detailed and helped immensely!
